At IKONICK, we want you to be completely inspired by your new art. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack Your Art
Carefully place the artwork in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our studio in mint condition.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
